The 'Apatow Montage,' in which our man child grows up and gets all responsible to the strains of some weepy pop song, is in full effect in <i>Step Brothers</i>. I have every hope that <i>Pineapple Express</i> will be excellent, but I'm trusting more in David Gordon Green than Judd Apatow at this moment.
