The second act descends into stark, black comedy (I found it to be quite funny, actually). And the third act, as Luke mentioned, seems more interested in being "out there" rather than in tying things up. It's an interesting exercise, and for a budget of $50,000, is an exceptional of guerrilla filmmaking. All in all, it doesn't gel very well, but that is to be expected with three directors at the helm. In fact, I'm guessing that they didn't try very hard to make it gel, letting it exist as it's own little experiment. On that level, it is quite successful. Ok, I'm rambling now. See it for the second act alone. Howlingly funny stuff, but you have to find a guy being killed with a tiny balloon pump humorous. The first act is a taut, chilling setup.
