Sounds like a crappy direct-to-DVD Jean Claude Van Damme movie to me. I know Fox, they really threw <i>Death Defying Acts</i> underneath the bus. I wonder if it's just mind-numbingly awful, or if there were other reasons why it got shafted. I’m really keen to see Elite Squad, but you’re right, Phillip – it is a pretty generic, lame title. I'm anxious to see Red, thought last time I saw a movie based on a book by that guy - <i>The Girl Next Door</i> - it was <b>waaaaaay</b> terrible! Seeing a sudden DVD release of a movie that I kept hearing about kinda depresses me. That's how I feel about <i>Death Defying Acts</i>. I remember seeing some many stills of Zeta-Jones and hearing hype about it, then.... it's on DVD tomorrow?!? HUH?!? And I'm anxious to see <i>Billy The Kid</i>. Haven't read Phillips's review yet - will do so after this - but the cover alone makes me think of Neil Hamburger, and anything that makes me think of Neil Hamburger is a must see in my book.
