The official podcast of MovieZeal.com, where film is always best discussed under the gentle influence of fine wine (as fine as $10 will get you). Each week Evan, Heather, and Luke pick a theme, discuss a theatrical release based on that theme, pop the cork and drink a wine that fits said theme, and finally subject one another to The Gauntlet, where forcing others to watch painful films nets you fabulous prizes. There is not anything else on the internets like it (literally).

Well, there are a few items streeting this week that are worthwhile for sure, but they aren't new releases but classic films. The John Barrymore set from Kino, which includes THE TEMPEST, and some Universals, like BEAU GESTE with Gary Cooper, LONELY ARE THE BRAVE with Kirk Douglas, and ALI BABA AND THE FORTY THIEVES.

Yeah Fox, the entire marketing campaign was built around the lead’s butt. You know they’re struggling when a posterior is their biggest selling point.

Yeah, you gotta love that poster...it's amazing how your eye is drawn straight to...the ghost.

Obviously.

And Evil Bong 2 does look awesome, I have to admit. You gotta admire a film when it's so up front about how pathetic it is.

Well kids, here it is again. The movie that no one saw when it was in theaters...

Um, I did! ... And the best thing about it was that about three different people in the theater thought that the female lead was supposed to be Megan Fox. When they realized it wasn't, 2 out of 3 of them were bummed. The 1 said, "nice ass!" and didn't really care WHO it was.
