Gaiman had some January and February with the simultaneous opening of the film version of CORALINE, and the American Library Association prize. I saw CORALINE last week with the family and was impressed, if a bit distanced in an emotional sense. This was not the feeling I prossessed with THE GRAVEYARD BOOK. I must agree completely with Luke and Even that the closing segment is flat. I enjoyed the 3D glasses and all, but for me that novelty has run its course. Excellent review, and dead-on with the four-stars. I will be writing my own piece over the weekend, but yours sir is definitive. To me, they were the highlight!
