It was during that scene where Rudolph and her sister are in the bathtub when I was like, “Yep, this script is a load.”

And it seemed like every other character was written to be a nicompoop just so our heroes could proudly show how much smarter they are, and how unfair it is that, while their peers live out their poor philosophies with confidence, our level-headed heroes dread their own future.

Actually, in that regard, it might have been the perfect movie for directionless slackers.

It just goes to prove, it doesn’t matter if a person gets a movie deal if the script is crap and people have no talent.

A person can cheat their way through life, or even use other people to line up contracts, but nothing usually pays off in the end when people lack talent and only get to places because they got handed a break and did not earn it.
